Family Fun Night

Our fourth Family Fun Night was held March 24, and we had almost 50 people again! This time, families had fun painting and playing, working up an appetite for yummy wraps in the kitchen.

Look for our next Family Fun Night on Friday, April 28, which will be a Family Dance Party, complete with a groovin’ DJ, and some good party snacks. Come out and join in the fun!

Hot Lunches

March seemed to fly by, so the next Hot Lunch will be this month, with a Spaghetti Lunch. Order forms will be sent home soon. All the monies raised through our hot lunch program are used to support school programs and events.

Bloomers’ Bedding Plants Fundraiser

PAC has teamed up with Bloomers Greenhouse to sell bedding plants again, as a playground fundraiser. Order forms have been sent home to all families, and more copies are available at the school and the Sunova Mall. Please have your orders in to Tasha at the school by April 18th. Plants will be delivered to Pinawa around May 17th.

FWG Annual BBQ and Cake Auction

We are beginning to plan our annual fundraising BBQ, to be held May 26th. We will be looking for volunteers to help cook and serve, as well as provide fabulous cakes for the auction. More information will be available shortly.

Wireless Microphones

PAC has offered to share costs with the school in purchasing some wireless microphones. Watch for some new fundraisers to offset this cost – we think this is a worthwhile project that will benefit all students (and parents who want to hear them!).

Our next PAC meeting will be on Monday, April 24th, at 5:45 pm in the school staff room. All parents are welcome!
